Start each day by igniting your brain so that it can GROW – say out loud and commit with your mouth “God loves me“
This will not only igniter your brain but also change your life – forever.
Say it every day, twice a day when you get up and before you go to sleep – and you will experience a new life in your brain!

When you say out loud “God loves me” the brain is ignited in a particular and positive manner. Your prefrontal cortex areas are ignited and these brain functional types are called executive functions. Your brain perceives this as a positive, non-toxic message and ignites the participating brain cluster to much higher, intense energy levels causing dendrite connectors and neurons to grow increasingly more dense. Also, positive, soothing messages are ignited in fear and anger centers of the limbic system giving them (and you) a sense of well being that causes the brain processes to respond in ways to release growth and health neurotransmitter chemicals throughout the physiological system in your body. Thus, your typical 40 billion activates but mostly unconscious activities act to optimize all your brain processes and thus optimize all interactions with your entire (MBBf) Mind/Brain/Body framework.
Without these mindful messages being directed into your (MBBf) Mind/Brain/Body framework any jittery thoughts, anger or fear thoughts will continue to agitate your brain processes in toxic ways such that toxic neurotransmitter chemicals are released and possibly flood your entire physiological system. This can cause physical distress messages to be sent back to the fear and anger limbic centers causing the brain processes to negatively ignite other brain functions in a toxic manner and again sending more stress messages into the physiological, etc. This is called a “psychosomatic downward spiral” that leads to deeper psychosomatic illness and resentment and many other stress related issues.Simply saying out loud – God loves Me – acts as a verbal commitment to your child-self, (your brain) at the direction of our mindful self – the heart-of-heart (part of your soul) – it has decided to be positive and to choose to sit in the warmth of our loving Father of lights. It makes your morning start by sending mindful directing loving radiating thoughts throughout to your entire MBBf system. Done just before you sleep – again, you mindfully direct your MBBf system to focus on our loving Father of lights from who all good things are given and perfect gift comes down from above. This focus and promise on God’s love keeps your brain mindful focus for you in this unconscious sleep state – how-to resolve unresolved situations you experienced during the day. Later, a second unconscious brain process occurs that scan all these issues and summarizes and integrate them while optimizing all decisions using all functions of the brain as support to come to an overall state of executive resolution. If done, it optimizes this mindfully directive process so you will realize what you need to do the next new day when you wake. And when you first awake say out loud “God love me” to mindfully direct & focus your brain to re-loop through their functionality processes to acquiesce and optimize your complete MBBf system readying you for loving actions in the next new day.

FURTHER NOTES
QUIESENCE – means here to bring a system in a quit and idle state – think of the 40 billion activities running smoothly in an optimized manner and in a ready for more stressful activities if needed but doing whatever typical activities as need to keep and be well and healthy
LIMBIC- The limbic system (or paleomammalian brain) is a complex set of brain structures located on both sides of the thalamus, right under the cerebrum.
[1]It is not a separate system but a collection of tightly integrated, functional subsystems and brain structures and also referred to as the midbrain, [2] It includes the olfactory bulbs, hippocampus, amygdala (primary fear and anger centers), anterior thalamic nuclei, fornix, columns of fornix, mammillary body, septum pellucidum, habenular commissure, cingulate gyrus, parahippocampal gyrus, limbic cortex, and limbic midbrain areas. The limbic system supports a variety of functions including emotion, behavior, motivation, long-term memory, and olfaction. [3] Emotional life is largely housed in the limbic system, and it has a great deal to do with the formation of memories.MINDFULNESS – the Mind operates in a continuous run manner that is more of a verb such that one’s “Mindful Renewal” is and is becoming a moment-by-moment manner of aware such that the:
- Mind emerges from the Brain
- Mind can rebuild the Brain
- Mind is mindful of itself
- Said another way, science cannot directly measure nor track all of the states of “mindfulness” but we all have direct experience of being mindful
